An Update on Shirley & an Extended Break

Yay!! We have an update on my pal Shirley!!

Shirley arrived over a week ago and we are truly enjoying our new four-legged addition to the family.
She is as sweet as they said she was and her tail is always wagging happily. She loves her two-legged
brother and sister and her new four-legged brother too...and they love her.

She fits right in and has made herself at home; Bruce, our male dog absolutely loves her and even shares his stuffed animal collection with her, which she LOVES. Shirley seems to be an aspiring chef...she watches the misses in the kitchen as if she is taking mental notes. Shirley is a quick learner too, she learned sit and shake for treats and we are working on lying down. It is fun having another furry friend here, and we are so thankful for Shirley.

Thank you J family for giving Shirley such a wonderful home! I hope her fur-brother is enjoying her company as much as I did.

Unfortunately something has happened here that my people are still coming to terms with. We are taking an extended break from blogging. Thank you friends.

I'm not sure if Shirley noticed, but she seems to have something hanging on her lip in that first picture ;)

So sweet!

Happy Shirley has found a great place! We are going to miss you Pauley James but sometimes you just have to have a break. We have had a family tragedy this past weekend that we are dealing with so we know that feeling of something being hard to take in. Sending prayers for your family.
