Joseph
Meet Joseph, our newest foster. He is a pup that has had a rough start, but he does not let that get him down.
He was found on the side of the road on Christmas Eve. He had been hit by a car & had been laying there all day. Thankfully a couple of wonderful people stopped & picked up Joseph & got him to STAR.
He had a broken pelvis, femur & hypothermia had set in!
Joseph had surgery & was placed in a loving foster home until he was able to recover from his injuries.
We look forward to getting to know this loving boy better.

Joseph sounds like a great boy. Looking forward to reading about his adventures in your home until he finds his own forever home.
He's very cute! How fortunate that someone took time out on Christmas Eve to get him the help he needed.

Thank goodness for people like the couple that came to his rescue. Thank goodness for STAR. And thank goodness for you folks for helping this little one live to see another day.
Kudos to you and your family for taking in Joseph - and many thanks to those who rescued and then saved him. He is handsome, much like yourself, Pauley. Is he named Joseph for Joseph and Mary, since he was found on Christmas Eve?

He is listed as a beagle mix. He has long legs though; maybe a beagle coonhound something else mix? I do believe that he was named Joseph after Joseph & Mary :)
I love his ears. I want to rub them
