Girls Day Out!

My foster brother, Pauley James, was nice enough to let me take over the blog for one day!  He's in the living room with  Mr. and the Boy getting ready to watch the Super Bowl.  I have no interest in the game, but I do like the commercials! Anyway, me and  Mrs. went to Greenbo Lake for a Girl's Day Out recently and I thought I would share a few pictures.  Here I am with my nose working overtime!  So many new smells.  I love the woods---new smells, new sounds, and new sights!!

As you can see, I am a very pretty girl (LOL---not trying to brag!).  The Mrs. is teasing me with a treat here.  I will sit quite a while if someone is about to give me a delicious treat!

After a while on the trail, we took a well deserved water break.  Unfortunately, there are no pictures of me lapping up some quality H2O!  I was ready and raring to go for more walking, listening, and sniffing!!!

Wait...did you hear that???  I think it was one of those rabbits or squirrels that I have heard rumors about!!  One of those animals has a big tail and one has big ears, but I can not remember which is which.  I need to google it soon.

My foster family tells me that Pauley and Annie lose their minds when they see the water.  I think water is for drinking but not swimming!  If you follow Pauley's blog, you know Pauley and Annie love swimming in the water.  They must have never watched JAWS or LAKE PLACID.  I do think it was very pretty around the lake, though.

I kind of think I look like a model here.

How can someone NOT love this face?

Another one of my model poses.  Like I am deep in thought, but still absolutely gorgeous!

Here's some more winning pics of me.  I think it looks like I am laughing in the last one.

One more picture before we pulled out to go home.  I hope Mr. has my food ready when I get home!  Me and Mrs. sure had a fun day out.  I can not wait until we go again for our next Girl's Day Out.  I will be sure to post pics again!

Sherry...What a fun day out. I'm with you; I just like the commercials. I cried over the Budweiser Clydesdale one.

Annie you always look like a model, your gorgeous! Your people are sure good with the camera too! p.s- I am doing a ancient dog event over on my blog where you just enter your dogs name and breed and he can be entered to have a history review all about his breed and how he came to be!

Very pretty indeed! That is a gorgeous lake and I can relate, sometimes you don't feel like getting all wet even if it is nice to look at and sniff, and drink.

It looks like you and the Mrs. had an awesome day. I agree with you, water is for drinking, not swimming. I also agree, you are a very pretty girl and could be a model.
