Last weekend we had pretty nice weather here. The boy rolled out of bed & took me & Shirley out to the back yard.

Thank you for all of the kind words about the babies. We have been extremely lucky in the fact that this is the first time we have had to deal with anything like this.We like to think that all five of them are together now & having fun playing. We have lots to talk to you about & look forward to getting back to reading everyone's blogs. Have a wonderful weekend!
* no chickens were harmed during our play time.

PeeS. I just read abouts the puppies. I am sooooo, so sorry. I know your heart must be very sad but they were very much lucky to have such a happy time on earth with you, even if it was too short.
Pauley, I do believe you are an agility dog! What a great time you both had.
You are one very athletic dude, Pauley James.
Looks like you and Shirley had lots of fun thanks to the chicken and the Boy.
Shirley is so cute. love this blog. may i know what breed is she?
Thanks Electric Fence. Your guess is as good as ours as to what breed Shirley is. The rescue has her listed as a Mountain Cur in one spot, but then has her listed as a pitbull in another. Almost all of the dogs we foster are mixed breed, but as to her mix, I think she has boxer in her, but I am no expert. The only thing we are sure of is that she is one laid back easygoing girl :)
What great action shots! I love to see dogs flying around :)
Just read about the pups. So sorry to hear about it, parvo is such a devastating disease. You're doing such a wonderful thing taking in these dogs and pups who need a home. And unfortunately, the more you step in to help with animals the more statistically likely it is that you'll have to deal with really sad things. Keep it up though and know that they experienced good lives while they were here!
So cute - and I can't believe the height of some of those jumps! Flirt pole time!!
Pauley, that flying chicken has turned you into a flying dogger! I'm so glad that Shirley is back with your family. Big hugs (with a side of flied chicken!) to you all!
