Surely you are not assuming (you know what happens when one assumes!) that my client Pauley James, Upstanding Canine Citizen, did not break said Soft-sided Crate purely by said 'Big-Ole-Boy' being on top of the Crate?

We are prepared to argue his denial in court and will make you pay for said accusations in life long stuffies and treat nummies.
