A Mixed Bag

Red got a care package from a nice lady. How terrific that someone would do that for a pup they have never even met. A huge THANK YOU is sent your way! Excuse the poor photos; they were taken in his crate. We can't wait until next week when he finally gets to escape his temporary home/crate.

The weather has been sunny & enjoyable. Pauley & Skippy have spent a lot of time outside playing.

Our senior girl, Chloe, went to the vet last week to have a lump looked at & the vet did not like the feel of it. Chloe is having surgery tomorrow to have the lump removed from her sternum. Please send good thoughts and prayers her way. She is around 12 years old & any surgery is a scary surgery.

I will absolutely be thinking good thoughts for Chloe! Please keep us posted.

Love the photos of Red enjoying his snacks - what a very nice gesture. Skippy's pacifier toy made me smile!

sending good vibes your way, Chloe! and just FYI, my dog Kaya had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor when she was 12 and recovered perfectly to live another four and a half years with me!
