Ah...Finally, THE WEEKEND!!!  The Mr. and Mrs. have been promising to take all four of us dogs to the lake (Middy has NEVER been!).
Gosh, how long does it take to get there? I hope this isn't a trick and I am going to the vet or something...
At last, we arrived! I was excited to get to a creek on the long walk to the lake but the water deceived me...it was MUCH deeper than it looked! I got SOAKED!!!
Now...Which way is it to that lake? Middy says east and I say west!
RATS! Once again, because of all the rain...a creek fools me again! Yikes, this is deep!
I love Middy but it was a little frustrating because she was afraid of the water and seemed mad because I liked it! Every time I got out she bit my ears!!!
Hey wait...Is that??? Yes, that is a STAGE!!!!
Check me out in these pics... I don't even need any steps to jump up on the Greenbo Theater Stage...I was born to be a star! Eat your heart out, George Clooney!

The lake was very pretty and peaceful...on a bridge, there was a missing plank that made it perfect for me to stick my head through and look at the fish.
Look at me and Middy...What a team!
I kept going back to the missing plank part of the bridge...There was a gaggle of geese that kept my attention for a while!

Even the grouchy old ladies (also known as Chloe and Annie) had a blast at the lake!
HERE'S ANNIE! (she recently got a haircut)
And HERE'S CHLOE! (we are starting to become good friends!)
Run on over to see what MiddySue found on our trip!!

Oh and make sure to visit TheBark I am a weekly smiler!

Mesa also loves the water. You are so cool to get on that stage with no stairs!

Wow, what a fun walk! But we are sorry Middy Sue was biting your ear. Why was she doing that? Maybe after you got out of the water, you tasted like fish????

Pauley, I don't think Middy Sue was mad, I think she was worried - that water looked deep!

Loved all your park adventure pics - really fun shots of Annie (cool haircut!) Chloe!

Just went and found your smiler pic - it's the best in the bunch!
